Cosmetic Sponges

Phoenix Cosmetic Tools excels at making sponges from the highest quality NBR, SBR, natural latex, and polyurethane. Through special formulations we also offer the super-soft AP-NBR, made silky-smooth by the natural additive glucomannan.

Our latest introduction is an ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY foam containing SOYBEAN OIL in place of petroleum-based products. This new "green" foam is identical to regular foam for performance, durability, feel and appearance.

Exclusive to Phoenix is the innovative material PURMACEL®, a pure-white urethane that provides a luxurious alternative to NBR. PURMACEL® resists absorption, maintains its color, is odorless, and can be formed into any shape.

Our sponges are manufactured using tube, sheet, and bun technology, with special tooling available if needed. Options include debossing, special colors, flocking, ribbon bands, and silk-screening. Anti-bacterial, anti-copper, and anti-mold additives available upon request.
