Phoenix Global Acquires Assets of Packaging Associates Inc.LEHIGH VALLEY, PA, JANUARY 2009. Phoenix Global has acquired the assets of container decorator Packaging Associates Inc. of Randolph, NJ, creating a new entity Packaging Associates LLC.
All of Packaging Associates' equipment and operations have been relocated to Allentown, PA, the location of Phoenix's sister company Trade Mark Container Decorating.
The acquisition expands the organization's decorating capabilities significantly by adding hot stamping, shrink-banding and pressure-sensitive labeling machinery to its current silkscreening and labeling operations.
Trade Mark specializes in quick fulfillment and small runs. The addition of the Packaging Associates capabilities greatly expands capacity to accommodate volumes from several hundred pieces to several million.
